Who is Dingus Slopp?

     Dingus Slopp is a fourth-grader and also a  portie, like his parents. They live at Pooper's Portables in The Portapotty Palace. His hobbies include riding his scooter, his bike, doing tricks on the trampolines and playing video games. He likes watching videos also.
